Selecting Guests & Naming in Guest Portal

Guest Services and Guest Portal

Updated over a month ago

Guest Portal Update

A new enhancement has been implemented within the Guest Portal to improve booking accuracy and data quality.

This update introduces an alert prompting guests to:

* Select the correct number of attendees for their reservation.

* Ensure that at least one member of the party is listed with a valid first and last name.

The use of placeholder names such as “Guest #” as the primary reservation name will no longer be accepted.

Below are examples of the alert messaging and step-by-step instructions demonstrating how guests can update their information directly within the portal.

1. Open up the guest portal.

NOTE: Making them the primary guest does not change anything within your PMS system.
